What are the support channels in Jasper.ai?

The support channels in Jasper AI are pretty extensive and very helpful as well. They offer support via a live chat that doubles as an email ticketing system.

If no one is currently available, they’ll respond by email ASAP. I’ve only run into a few issues myself, but the support team has been swift to help.

But that’s not the only source of support. Jasper AI’s Facebook group is extremely active and offers a lot of helpful insights. Many members wield years of experience and are happy to help each other out.
